After a lengthy international break we are back to Premier League soccer!

Great slate of games this week, should allow us to coast back into EPL footy. The top three games this weekend should be absolutely fantastic.

Here are the five games you should be watching this weekend:

5. Newcastle United at West Ham United, Mon. 3:00pm ET

Just a good, old-fashinoned premier league game. Newcastle sit in the relegation zone, while West Ham are placed 8th in the standings. The Jordies have underachieved so far this season, and need to pull themselves out of the bottom, before they get sucked into a relegation battle.

4. Stoke City at Arsenal, Sat. 10:00am ET

Stoke City, similarly to Newcastle are in the relegation zone. Unlike Newcastle I think they have the squad to pull themselves out pretty quickly. A savior is on the way for Stoke, as Barcelona wunderkind, Bojan should be back for the Potters this weekend. Arsenal seem to be finding their footing, after a opening game loss to West Ham. The Gunners currently sit at 6th in the table, with their eyes set on a top four finish, a good result at home, is in order.

3. Chelsea at Everton, Sat. 7:45am ET

The EPL weekend kicks off with a doozy, as struggling Chelsea, make their way up to play Everton at Goodison Park. Both teams have had disappointing starts to the season and need three points in order to move up the table. When the sides met last season, Chelsea won both meetings, while gracing us with maybe the game of the season ending in a 6-3 Chelsea win.

2. Liverpool at Manchester United, Sat. 12:30pm ET

The two old ladies of English soccer meet Saturday afternoon. The history of these two clubs cannot be matched in the UK, as they have combined for 38 League titles. Manchester United has won the last two meetings, but a young, hungry Liverpool team will be looking forward to this encounter.

1.Manchester City at Crystal Palace, Sat. 10:00am ET

Yes, your probably thinking I only picked this game as the number one game to watch, because I’m a huge Crystal Palace fan. Then you my friend would be wrong, we have the top two teams in the Premier League meeting at Selhurst Park on Saturday. If it wasn’t for the Eagles of Crystal Palace Manchester City may be running away with the Premier League title. This fixture will be a stern test, and we will see if Palace are contenders or pretenders.
