New England Patriots vs. Atlanta Falcons
Justin Leger (160-105-2): Patriots. I want this to be an instant classic but I really don’t think it’s going to end up being close.
Zack Hummel (164-101-2): Falcons. This is the toughest thing I’ve had to do since joining The Ledge. I’m picking the Falcons to win, not with my heart, but with my head.
Stephen Beaulieu (164-101-2): Patriots. The Pats will control the pace of the game from the get go. Brady and the offense can attack the secondary or they can pound the ball with Blount. I think the Pats jump out to an early lead and won’t look back. I can’t wait for Brady to be on the same stage as Goodell.
Salim Dib (165-100-2): Patriots.
Austin Linsemeyer (146-119-2): Falcons.
Cole Little (168-97-2): Patriots. This should be an outstanding Super Bowl, certain to be filled with plenty of scoring. The Falcons’ offense has been unstoppable since mid-December, and the Pats’ offense has been as efficient as ever since Tom Brady returned from his suspension. Although the Falcons’ storybook late-season run has been incredible, a fifth Super Bowl title for the Pats has been in the cards all season long. Brady will be looking for the ultimate form of vindication over Roger Goodell with a win and will simultaneously solidify himself as the greatest quarterback of all time as a result. My prediction is New England 34-Atlanta 31, with Brady being named Super Bowl MVP for the fourth time.
