Coming into this season, the Warriors were the clear cut favorite to win the NBA Championship. With the addition of Kevin Durant and fueled by the NBA Finals loss to the Cavaliers, this season was going to be record setting for the Warriors.
It took a little while for all the parts to fit together but at the halfway point of the season, the Warriors are a fucking juggernaut. It seems like every night they play, Curry, Durant, Green, and Thompson sit the fourth quarter because they’ve built up such a lead in the previous three quarters.
Friday was just another night for the Warriors, they took their showtime basketball on the road making a stop in Memphis for a tilt against the Grizzlies. The Warriors went on to easily beat the Grizzlies by 15-points, but in the process Klay Thompson knocked down eight three-pointers and Draymond Green set an NBA record by recording a triple-double without scoring over 10+ points. Green filled up the stat sheet with double-digit rebounds, assists, and most impressively steals.
A triple-double with only 4 pts?

Here’s the clip of Green’s 10th steal. Like taking candy from a baby.
