Terry Francona won’t manage the American League All-Stars after undergoing a heart procedure on Thursday.
The Indians manager had the procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat.

Indians bench coach Brad Mills, who has filled in as Cleveland’s interim manager in Francona’s absence, will take his place on the AL All-Star squad.
It goes without saying that we’re all wishing Francona well as he recovers from this unfortunate setback. We’re looking forward to seeing him return to the dugout chewing a massive wad of Dubble Bubble as soon as possible.
